Returns, Lost or Damaged Items

Returns, exchanges or claims will not be honored more than 15 days beyond invoice date. Web specials and clearance merchandise cannot be returned.

Return policy on custom modified orders (those orders modified from the format as displayed in the gallery) can not be returned
All items subject to return require shipping and packaging in original container. Damaged returns will be replaced with same item or one of equal value at no additional cost.



Insurance

Our insurance guarantees you free and immediate replacement of a shipment that's been lost or damaged in transit without delay of a tracer. It is important that each individual order be insured because of the high quality and value of your customized order.

Product Similarity

As you may note, products may be similar in appearance with a different price but, realize that there are differences due to frame sizes, which are directly related to price, all of our frames are custom made and assembled to insure the best and most economical way to present to you the customer, a quality product.
